Hi
I am doing the ITEC massage and have been practising on my partner once a week at home, till I start my case studies started.
I have been using as an oil just the plain grape seed and sweet almond oil on him. I was thinking of making a blend, and I have bought some lavender oil (as normally I carry out the massage Sunday evening - and thought the lavender would be relaxing)
My question is. How many drops do I mix in? I have glass beaker measured in ml I think. How many drops of the lavender I can put in the oil in for each massage.
And which oil is better to mix lavender in, the sweet almond or the grape seed?
Not up on quantities, as you can see.
I thought I would stick with Lavender as it is safe.
Thanks
Jo
