Hello All!
I'm returning to Massage after a long break and in order to gain experience I have offered my services to a charity for post run treatments.
The first run is in a couple of weeks time and I'm feeling a little nervous!
Obviously I will take my couch even though I will only be giving lower leg treatments. Would you treat the clients lying face down or have them sitting up and treat the lower leg this way?
There wont be any running water to wash my hands so I'm thinking of using anti bac wipes between clients....is it OK to also use these on the clients feet prior to starting their treatment (after all, they be a little sweaty post run! )
Your suggestions would be gratefuly received
