I have been recommended to sign into this site by a friend.

I start a ITEC holistic massage course on Tuesday night - its all I think about at the moment as I am nervous I am not going to take everything in - I have had my text books for a few weeks now and I have looked at them every night and tr to take a bit in each time.

Can anyone advise or tell me helpful tips for the course?

Hi Michelle[/align][/align]It is best if you can team up with someone from the course and work with each other, that way you can test each other on the systems of the body etc.[/align][/align]It is all well and good learning about the muscular system out of a book but it is a lot better if you can find the muscles in the body, move the joints and see what the muscles actually do.[/align][/align]Live anatomy is a lot more precise :-)[/align]
