advice needed

hi all,

i've been working as a therapist for 5 months now, and for the past 2-3 months my monthly cycles have become increasingly irregular. I've had regular cycles for 12yrs so i'm finding it a bit weird. I was wondering if it could be to do with using essential oils so frequently?

i was wondering if any of u practising aromatherapists have experienced or heard about this?

mmmmmm! i sometimes find that when i am menstruating depending on the oils i ma using and in what volumes i can bleed heavier and finish my period earlier.I wouldnt have said that the oils would make your cycle irregular but i think more detail would be needed from you.What your periods were like before and what they are like now as in detail....so not sure if you want to go into that much detail on here![sm=hidesbehindsofa.gif]

There are so many factors involved in cycle regularity...

Have your stress levels changed?
Has your diet changed?
Has your daily routine changed?
Has your contraception changed?
Might you be pregnant?

See you family planning clinic and have a check up, just in case.
Keep a food diary, see if that might be having an effect.
Keep an oils diary - what oils, what percentages, how often, see if any of the oils come up more often than others and check them out.

Cycles change, it may sort itself out in a month or two, but if worried, see a doctor or your FPC.
