whats the best sites to advertise free on for a mobile therapist?

If you have the stomach to weed out the dodgy callers then Gumtree are good [discussed a LOT on here already, so do a search].

I've also found Vivastree and Freeindex and Touch Local good.

If you have a website I suggest you put a link at the top of your ad to drive traffic to your site and to show that you're a bona fide therapist.

Gumtree now charges around £5 for a listing in their alternative therapies section, its a pain but it does keep alot of the 'dodgy services' off of it now

I think that may only apply to London - I haven't posted up there for a while but it was free in other areas as of 2 months ago.

Have you looked at Gumtree recently? The charge has not kept the eastern european hand relievers off the site - in fact theres probably just as many as before the charge. I still advertise on it but find myself in the list often next to a young woman offering hand relief and sometimes more.

I recommend getting a website up - best long term solution - if not try gumtree, its still good business. My girlfriend gets lots of work from there. you just have to screen out the undesirables which isn't too difficult.

craigslist and vivastreet are no better than gumtree, if not a little more seedy.

Freeindex is a good choice - your ad will get ranked on google in time
