I've just started a program in Active Isolated Stretching (founded by Aaron Mattes & used by the Whartons) to keep myself flexible & pain free & I also give stretches to my clients for their homework etc. Do any of you use AIS yourselves or in your practice? What sort of results have you had? Any preference for AIS or do you just stick with the usual static stretching instead.
