If they don't make good money, how can they attract young talent? If they have no young talent, how can they make good money?

I am Asian but some Asian ladies' ages are very hard to tell. The Korean lady I know is in her hi 40s but she looks 15 yrs younger, looks real good and looks in her early 30s. The easiest way to find out from Chinese ladies about their age is just ask their Astrology sign and you will find out easily from there.
