Hey guys 'n' gals,
Just need to do some spleen venting!
I've just had my first "no show" for a massage treatment and as it was during the lunch hour of my office job I'm particularly p'd off :-((
I know that it sometimes happens and sometimes people have a very good reason but it's still annoying all the same.
If they phone back and ask for another appointment should I add a cancellation fee on to the cost of the next treatment?? It was a new client and I didn't make the booking so unfortunately I have no telephone number to ring them up and ask what happened.... AAARRRGGHHH.[][:'(][][:'(]
Right then, have had my whinge - feel better now!! Thanks for letting me rant!
LoL
