A kid in the clinic

I graduate from MT in August.  I was at my clinic yesterday and a woman and her grandson came in for clinic.  They were 45 minutes late for the clinic.  There is a rule that after 30 minutes you will not get the massage but have to pay anyway.  My supervisor did not want to argue with the woman so she told them they would only get the fifteen minutes.  And have to pay for an hour.  I was slated to get the young boy.  Neither one had filled out an intake form.  (Intake forms are supposed to be filled out before they get to us.)  If they had filled the forms they would have missed ten more miinutes...Anyway I got the boy on the table.   I sensed he did not want to be there.  He said just do my back.  So I started rubbing his back.  He would jerk every now and then and I thought I was hurting him.  So  after asking a few times if he was Ok, I squatted down to look him in the eye.  To my surprise he was playing a video game under the face cradle.  I just felt really mad at the kids grandmother for bringing him there.  I covered the childs back with the sheet and did kind of a sports massage thing after that.  I jostled, tapoted, and compressed.  At exactly the fifteen minute mark I got him off the table and took him to the waiting room to wait for his grandmother....I just think the whole experience sucked... :
