Long time browser/reader, first time poster. I have always struggled finding a place that I can feel comfortable in, and this one is it. Have been to 75th McLeod 4 years ago (room fee plus $0.8 for HJ) , old 10th ave place (room fee plus $0.8 for THJ), old 14 and 11sw three times (room fee plus $.2 for NBJ) and finally this place.
Can call or text and get quick replies. I have been 4 times and will be repeating. Anyway here is summary of experience:
Arrange massage/time via phone/text and head there at appropriate time. Wait 10s at entrance before heading in. Opens the door and am greeted by a warm and friendly face. Looks - about 5'6", 130lbs, am partial to brunettes, with stretching fabric on the top end (sweet). Massage is $0.6 and is paid up front (I just go for 30 mins). She calls me "babe" or "hun" everytime - easier than remembering names. I am shown the room and told to get ready and she will be right back. Room is dimly lit and is a tiger themed room. Massage table is a little rickety so if FS or bodyslide was on order I would be worried about breaking the table (I am 180lbs). Anyway so I assume face down position and she is back in a minute after warming the oil. Music is playing and massage is proceeding as normal, 80 to 90% focused on legs with some back rubbing. Lots of teasing through legs and a reach around when she realizes that she has my attention. After plenty of teasing I am asked if there is anything special I would like or just the full body. I have never gone for anything more than the full body because at $0.6, I can just come back again! So here goes the flip, more oil/cream and down to business. A few corny/cheesy "hey baby" "ooh ya baby" lines and she is pumping away like a woman possessed. Not the best at it, but she is really focused on getting the release. I rub her bottom, legs, etc, and voila! I am offered a hot towel or shower to clean up. I have gone for the hot towel treatment most times as it is more time together. usual hug after I get dressed, and then I am on my way.

So overall, great location, fantastic VFM, and alright looks. There are some other girls posting at similar rates, but I just don't seem to stray because I know this one is the real deal.
