Just got the new phone book. I FINALLY have a good placement. My ad is on the right page, first big column ad, right next to a large out of column ad. There are only 4 ads on the page. I have a special phone number for tracking, and last year because my small out of column page was one of the last out of column ads, it was pushed to the end. If I don't see any improvement in performance, I don't think I will ever advertise in this phone book again.
