Those are actually some generous "tariffs"! Most guys would pay like $140 on top of a $60 door fee for FS (whenever it's available - based on comments I read on this website). That's like a "tariff" or surcharge of 233.33%! We get so used to all the hedonism - and the budget goes down the drain.

I don't visit the fs places I know there are a lot of them in Richmond hill but I can't think of a single one that's an actual body rub like flirt or pearla

On the other hand, my take is that Social Misfit is a fake id puppet of the Bellagio promoter whose character is designed specifically to police and bully, to deter opposition.

Why else would Social Misfit hound everyone that opposes the Bellagio promoter (Brad/XTC) and Brad not answer for himself??? Ever.

Brad/XTC's full time job is MP, and promoting obviously first and foremost Bellagio, but other fs spas as well.

He has it set up with the various spas to create traffic and in return gets compensated. To do this, he has numerous fake ids who charade as clients that provide exaggerated reviews/descriptions to attract interest which leads to traffic to the spa.

Maniacly genius! It must work however, how many of us have been duped when we attend based on the review/description to discover that it was completely misleading? I know I have been numerous times.

As the overwhelming majority of MP members(likely 90% or more) only read and don't post for fear of their significant other finding out, we only hear from a small percentage of those who have been duped by this scoundrel!!!

My advice, and I should listen to myself, is to not even respond!

There are some spas that are selling. Specifically to mind are Crystal Spa and See You Spa - two holistic spots that are unlikely to make any effort to meet bylaw requirements. There could be others that are being shopped around on the down low - like IU/BU has seen some management changes but not sure how much or what extent.

Best U is also in the market now for sale. I saw that coming a few months after they opened as I have posted in post # 5902 in EBW thread. They should have listened to my suggestion when OM was interested in buying it in their firts 2 months of oeration or put it up in the market before the byLaw gave out notices. It's too late now.

Some spas said they will shut down but most spas said they'll stay open, bite the bullets, take the tickets and fight at the court. Most of the times the court reduced the fines to half, so they said it's better than closing down and not making any money. One boss goes as far as saying she'll pay all the fines for the girls and stay open.

By laws cannot shut down licenced establishments other then make them comply with the licencing requirements.

I am not sure about Aria since it is new but Suko? Why now? I am sure like the older places like E&M, JR, Lavender etc should be at least grandfathered in under old rules or are they all are unlicenced?

The courts generally don't like repeat offenders. Don't count on fines being reduced over and over again.
