Just got bad experience from E&M. Like usual I have appointment with Jenny and then Casey ( Receptionists ) send me to the room. After I undressed and want step to bed, I stepped on something sticky......, is really my bad day I don't expecting like this can happen. What's the F....k it's used rubber. E&M is semi legit with extra service place. I am very concerning with their cleanliness. Why their didn't mopped every time after used it like another store?
