Full Body Massage A massage is an excellent way to control muscle pain. No matter the cause of muscle pain, massages work well to reduce or eliminate it. Sports Massage The technique of sports massage is a combination of other massage techniques. The main techniques used are reflexology massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point massage. A sports massage reduces swelling and muscle tension, relieves muscle fatigue and increases the flexibility of muscle tissue.
